Who is Faz?
What I do
Faz Ullah is currently the founding partner of GenX Properties specialize in Rent to rent, HMO’s and developments, his role is to acquire profitable sites, create systems, as well as grow, develop, and build a team to do multiple deals simultaneously, whilst recycling other people’s cash, offering great returns.
Faz Ullah also runs a successful property coaching business, His mission is for them to succeed and achieve their personal dreams so they can accelerate and accomplish their property goals, so they can work when they choose to, not because they have to.
His key focus is developing our people, who will develop the right mindset, learn new skills, such as negotiations, communications, leadership, and entrepreneurship.
Faz work with many professionals on a daily basis, but also loves collaborating with people from all walks of life, regardless of their backgrounds, as long as the passion to create wealth through property is Alive and kicking, he is ready to help!

I started Property Investing during the great recession of 2007/08, I managed to build up a £2.5million property portfolio within 18 months, without spending a penny of my own money! One thing I did was network like crazy, to meet other people, I found the property community to be so friendly that everybody wants to help one another.

My mission now is to assist you in developing a profitable property business and living a life you always wanted. Whatever your starting point, rent 2 Rent is the ideal strategy for you if you’ve always wanted to get started in property investing but lacked the necessary funds and knowledge. You’re here because you want to do this and be financially independent and I’m here to help you every step of the way.
Coaching & Mentoring
It’s always a pleasure and a great feeling to help and support people on their R2R and property journey. It was only last year that I fully launched my Rent-to-Rent mentorship program, at the time of producing this site, I now have 25 successful R2R students, with more on the way. It brings me great joy to see them succeed, happy, and fulfilled.
